HDT Desiccant dryers
In some applications (electronics industry, pharmaceutical, food, pneumatic transport, etc.) or in outdoor installations with low room temperatures, the ideal solution is the cold-regenerated desiccant dryer, which can guarantee dew points from -20°C to -70°C.
HDT series desiccant dryers consist of two tanks arranged in parallel and filled with adsorbent material (molecular sieve). While in a column, compressed air is dried, in the second one the saturated desiccant regeneration process is carried out. A small part of the already treated air is used for regeneration.
The dryers are equipped with an oil separator filter with 0.01 micron input (with automatic drain) and anti-dust 1 micron output.
Both equipped with a differential pressure gauge, they are easily accessible for maintenance and fit within the footprint of the dryer.
The proper functioning of the dryer is constantly controlled and monitored by the electronic controller.
